Within a few months, Yoggies transitioned from an outdated platform to Shopify Plus with a fully personalised loyalty programme, an ERP Helios integration, and readiness to enter new markets. We delivered the project on schedule, fully migrated and enhanced the loyalty and breeder programme into a comprehensive system.

Main project challenges
The biggest challenge was managing three major changes at once: moving to a new e-shop, migrating to ERP Helios, and a company relocation — all within the same window. The loyalty programme wasn't in the original brief and was added during development. Yet the project reached go-live on schedule, without data loss and with all features delivered.
How the collaboration process worked
We ran the project in two-week sprints with demos and retrospectives. Jiří Švihálek (CMO) participated in backlog grooming and retrospectives — which allowed us to continuously respond to new requirements without jeopardising the launch date.
The loyalty programme was added mid-development based on ongoing feedback. Despite this, the project stayed on schedule and within budget.
Enhanced features for a better user experience
"Yoggísky" points & 7 loyalty tiers
The rule is simple: 1 point = 1 CZK. A higher tier earns more points for the same spend. Points can be redeemed online and in physical stores. The system connects online and offline into one consistent experience and motivates repeat purchases without the need for blanket discounts. During migration, we transferred all customer data including accumulated loyalty points.
Breeder programme with automation
For breeding kennels, we automated the entire process — from registration and approval through 20/23% discounts to loyalty points from offspring purchases. A new pet owner enters a higher loyalty tier straight away thanks to the breeder's registration code. The breeder receives cashback from every future purchase made by their animals' owners.
Logistics exceptions without manual intervention
For frozen BARF products, the cart automatically adds the right number of cooling boxes based on volume. Yoghurt packs go to Helios item by item with a returnable thermobox. Two months before the expiry date, an internal alert goes out with a recommendation for a clearance sale.
Customers can order items that are currently out of stock. Pre-orders are automatically synchronised with ERP Pohoda for purchase and inventory management.
Personalisation based on the pet's profile and breeder modes with clear rules increased both retention and customer lifetime value. Role-based admin removed the dependency on a single person, and the architecture is ready for additional countries and currencies.
