Mana was running on a heavily customised PrestaShop. Every update took time; every change went through a developer. The subscription model Mana wanted would have cost millions on a custom build. Every major design or product identity change was slow and expensive. The brand needed a platform that could keep up with their pace — not one that would slow them down.
